Sen. Tom Harkin, an Iowa Democrat, is so frustrated at the public's rejection of President Obama's plan to wreck America's medical system that he's resorting to the race card. The Associated Press reports that Harkin claims current insurance-company practices "are akin to racial discrimination that was legal during parts of the last century. Harkin says it's time to end discrimination based on health in this century."
