Obama Brings New Level Of Incompetence To Oval Office

Did you hear about how Bobo and Mickey needed to "get away for a while" – already? I said during the campaign that I really knew this guy because I'd known people exactly like him – they have no experience, no accomplishments, but they think they talk a good line and that everyone buys it.

But if you look into his eyes, you see that he doesn't buy it himself. And that the reason he had to get away already is that he's worried he can't maintain the facade. But he also knows he'll get all the help the media can provide.

And clearly, Obama has a lot of people in awe of his various "qualities," none of which really exist. They have been attributed to him, conferred on him, and imagined in him.

The fact is, Obama brings the rankest incompetence to the office. To put it in perspective, Carter was incompetent, but we saw that clearly only after he failed in virtually everything he tried. With Obama, time has been compressed. In fact, he was a failure before he started, his cabinet picks have been ludicrous and worse, and when he talks now, I have to think that at least some of his supporters are wondering, "What have we done?!"

That doesn't mean he can't get lucky. I mean, Clinton did, and Obama's incompetence won't stop him from making decisions. He could accidentally make the correct ones, but I can't believe anyone but the most deluded still believe he's got abilities far beyond those of mortal men…

And what does that say about Harvard?

About tedwest

A longtime veteran of comedy and political forums, I decided that I needed a more restful venue because... well... I finally hate everybody. Except my wife that is... and my ex-wife.. and... no, that's about it. I lead about as simple a life as one can, preferring activities that include anything that doesn't involve going out and seeing YOU! And I particularly enjoy what I call "Get the Bitch" movies on Lifetime. You know the ones where the intended victim finally does something so incredibly stupid that she forfeits her right to live, and from that moment on you're rooting for the stalker. Of course, it rarely works out the way you want, but when it does, the feeling you get is... well, there's nothing else like it, other than, maybe, eating chocolate chip cookies. Oh, and I'm proudly anti-wildlife, both foreign and domestic, and anti-environment - especially foreign environments. I think Howard Stern put it best when he said, "If fifty percent of the population died tomorrow, I can live with that." And I feel the same about the other fifty percent, so together, we've pretty much got it all covered.

  1. Yes, Obama was and is a figment of people's imagination. They saw "change" and were willing to believe whatever sewage that spilled from his mouth and those that in support of him. So now reality kicks in and he actually has to work. *poof* End of the dream. I see the Carter administration all over again. In about a year when inflation has crippled everyone in the country they will see this. They won't admit they were wrong, they'll just see it. They'll blame it on Bush along with everything else. They will not, under any circumstances ask themselves," what have we done?"Obama could go out today, push an old lady in front of a taxi, and no liberal would say anything against him. They'd just say, "it was a horrible tragedy. It was Bush's fault for not regulating the public transportation systems when he had the chance. Obama's too busy fixing Bush's economy to worry about anything else."Harvard? LOL. When has anything respectable come out of Harvard in the last 20 years?

  2. Well said! Harvard? I can't think of anything! LOL

The press continues to give Jimmy a pass on his miserable failures. Why not Barry? Most people under 30 don't know anything at all about the Carter years.

  4. <_< >_>I'm under thirty and know lots about the Carter years. Anyone that went to college and/or High School should know about the Carter years. It was an age of massive inflation, abject American humiliation, and Presidential masturbation. Where Al Gore stood on the steps of the EPA having wet dreams about the coming "Ice Age," and how much money he could make. Where a backward a$$ middle-eastern country could hold America hostage and get away with it while we sat on our collective butts and tied yellow ribbons around old oak trees. But instead we hear about how much of a humanitarian the peanut-wonder is in his elder years. I've seen the houses that 'Habitat for self-Humility' builds. After 2 years they fall apart from the crappy construction. He almost destroyed America with his policies and I foresee the same with this current administration.

LOL — yep, that's about the way it was. I describe Carter as having never met a dictator he didn't like.

Wow! You seem to be more pessimistic than I am. At least I have someone to leave this blog to!?
And uh… Bobo already pushed an old lady in front of the bus… and you're right, the liberals behaved like a Mazda rotary engine!

  7. Realist, darling, the word you are looking for is realist. LOL. See, I have no delusions about what we are in for in the next 4 years. The only thing I am uncertain on at this point is whether or not the big O is going to be re-elected after the onset of massive inflation tests his true believers. The same was thought of Carter. He was the relief after Nixon's debacle. But he was also, if I'm not mistaken, the only Democratic President in history not to be re-elected for a second term. Lets hope that little factoid remains broken in 2012.
