The Quote Of The Day – Repentance

"As Chief of several of NASA Headquarters’ programs (1982-94), an SES position, I was responsible for all weather and climate research in the entire agency, including the research work by James Hansen, Roy Spencer, Joanne Simpson, and several hundred other scientists at NASA field centers, in academia, and in the private sector who worked on climate research. I appreciate the opportunity to add my name to those who disagree that global warming is man made.” – Dr John Theon, who supervised James Hansen

And plenty more…

About tedwest

A longtime veteran of comedy and political forums, I decided that I needed a more restful venue because... well... I finally hate everybody. Except my wife that is... and my ex-wife.. and... no, that's about it. I lead about as simple a life as one can, preferring activities that include anything that doesn't involve going out and seeing YOU! And I particularly enjoy what I call "Get the Bitch" movies on Lifetime. You know the ones where the intended victim finally does something so incredibly stupid that she forfeits her right to live, and from that moment on you're rooting for the stalker. Of course, it rarely works out the way you want, but when it does, the feeling you get is... well, there's nothing else like it, other than, maybe, eating chocolate chip cookies. Oh, and I'm proudly anti-wildlife, both foreign and domestic, and anti-environment - especially foreign environments. I think Howard Stern put it best when he said, "If fifty percent of the population died tomorrow, I can live with that." And I feel the same about the other fifty percent, so together, we've pretty much got it all covered.

  1. Sanity is beyond the major media.

  2. TedWest says:

I wanted to do another light piece about "global warming" since America's foremost fat pig appeared on the Hill yesterday with frigid weather outside, and him inside filling the room with the hottest air in the country.
But I couldn't. Because it's not funny anymore, especially in the shadow of what they're doing with the "stimulus" bill that is, quite simply… the worst bill ever passed.
But at least, in a rare display of bipartisanship, not a single Republican voted for it. So how was it bipartisan? The Republicans were joined by eleven Democrats.
That IS change you can believe in – but cooler heads are not going to prevail.
And here's what gets me: remember when the clowns on the left were screaming that Bush's 'wasteful spending" was "mortgaging our children's future? This bill officially guarantees it, and that's just the beginning…

  3. Same old Democratic Party that we know and hate. 😉 So what's new?, no change is happening with Obama.

  4. TedWest says:

I disagree, there's plenty of change already, and it's all for the worse.
Yesterday, I could not believe this, but Hannity had on Chris Cuomo, aka Filthy Chris Cuomo, who was criticizing the House Republicans for being PARTISAN!!
If there's anything less than liberal bias it's liberal hypocrisy. And just now, Glenn Beck was pointing out that the liberal scum was outraged at the "illegal" power Bush wielded, but they have no concern whatsoever with absolutely anything Obama does and wants to do.
God I hate liberals and Timothy!

  5. It was just a cheeky comment Ted. Left-liberals are bankrupting our country [including George W Bush] in every way possible.
