Are You Like Me In Not Liking Obama?

Just today, I had the unfortunate experience of seeing a clip of Barack Obama speaking. I know every news show, everyday, has some tape of The Undertaker, but I don't watch. I play a little game with myself seeing how fast I can change the channel. This time, I wasn't so fortunate.I was standing up and didn't have immediate access to the remote.

Barack Obama is truly the single worst candidate ever. I'm not kidding. I would rather have Dennis Kucinich – even with his UFO stories, he's more believable, less mysterious – and less dangerous.

The clip I saw also contained Mickey Obama. Do you get sick to your stomach just seeing her? She's the world's most bitter millionaire, so can you imagine what she'd be as a First… ? I can't even bring myself to write the word. Besides, I have another term for her.

In so many ways, America seems to have a death wish, and Barack Obama epitomizes it… embodies it. There's nothing he can do for this country, but there's plenty he can do to it, even if much of it is unintentional. But it's just what he'll do intentionally that's concerning enough. This is a very bad man.

About tedwest

A longtime veteran of comedy and political forums, I decided that I needed a more restful venue because... well... I finally hate everybody. Except my wife that is... and my ex-wife.. and... no, that's about it. I lead about as simple a life as one can, preferring activities that include anything that doesn't involve going out and seeing YOU! And I particularly enjoy what I call "Get the Bitch" movies on Lifetime. You know the ones where the intended victim finally does something so incredibly stupid that she forfeits her right to live, and from that moment on you're rooting for the stalker. Of course, it rarely works out the way you want, but when it does, the feeling you get is... well, there's nothing else like it, other than, maybe, eating chocolate chip cookies. Oh, and I'm proudly anti-wildlife, both foreign and domestic, and anti-environment - especially foreign environments. I think Howard Stern put it best when he said, "If fifty percent of the population died tomorrow, I can live with that." And I feel the same about the other fifty percent, so together, we've pretty much got it all covered.

  1. Bring popcorn the funny business doesn't end until at least November. 😉

  2. TedWest says:

"Pop corn" would be an excellent characterization were it not so serious.
I saw a stunningly bigoted young woman on Fox & Friends the other day. She was a college student who said that McCain is too old, but she said that she didn't mean physically. oh no. She meant that his ideas are too old (they're better know as, "ones that work?"). She added that he didn't have the fresh, new ideas that younger people have. And the stinking host didn't even ask her what those "young ideas" might be. That I would have loved to hear because, of course, they are non-existent, so we'd have seen a college jackass-ess just stuttering.

why do u hate obama so much?

  4. TedWest says:

Are you kidding? Either you don't know enough about him or you're in denial – his church, the teamsters, playing the race card, hypocrisy, posing…

  5. Just trying to cheer you up Ted. There is nothing I can do about the ignorance of the left-liberal voters.

  6. TedWest says:

Zak, if you really want to cheer me up, kill Bob Melvin, will ya?

  7. Chad says:

Yeah…well, speaking of Melvin, we had a little maneuver we used on the not so lucky underlings when I was a kid. My older brother used it on me and when my day came I got to use it on someone weaker than myself. We lovingly called this right of passage a "Melvin." However, in more civilized circles it was (and still is) known as a "wedgie." That seems an apt descriptor for both Bob Melvin and….Wacky Baracky al Husseiny Oblahbammy. The man with the gift of gab, who knows no substance, but understands the psyche of blue bloods everywhere. May he lose his nomination bid and may the media have "fun" trying to mop up the mess they've made of Hellary's campaign. That would be a dream come true…watching them try desperately to save Hillary after they've spent the last six months trying to marginalize and otherwise kill her bid for the nomination. That, my friend, is a delicious thought…even if it is an unrealistic one. Imagine the about face the media would do if suddenly they found themselves with Hillary as their nominee. That would be to good to be true. I'd get at least a month's worth of good posts out of that.

  8. TedWest says:

Ann Coulter wrote a terrific column yesterday – One Down, Two To Go. That about sums it up… for me, McCain is the least terrible candidate, but imensely better than the alternatives. And if I might add, the ageist bigotry is also infinitely greater than it was for Reagan – young people have definitely not grown more tolerant, they've grown more prejudiced, and that on top of the fact that they are imensely more stupid. Want evidence?
"The man with the gift of gab, who knows no substance, but understands the psyche of blue bloods everywhere"
You're, of course, referring to "The San Francisco Treat?"

  9. Chad says:

"teat" would be a better descriptor, I think. I don't know…I guess I just like the sound of San Francisco Teat better. That's all I'll say about that…lol.Oh and not just immensely more stupid, but immensely "more stupider" That should drive my high school English teacher crazy. 🙂

  10. Chad says:

Just looked at that site, Ted. Aside from the abject dumb and dumber display, I'm trying to figure out how that itty bitty, bland, and decidedly sophomoric post got so many comments…the majority of which didn't add anything of value to the paragraph below the YouTube. I was going to comment, but cogent remarks are lost on imbeciles and I'm too crusty to waste my remaining table fat on a bunch of prepubescent, soy sucking, gynocomastic, beer bongers anyway. I think I'll just go to Disney Land…with the rest of the Obama lovers. Once there, I can rub elbows (and knees) with liberal pansy freaks a plenty while throwing baby gherkins and Vienna sausages at pictures of Al Gore clutching his Oscar. That should give the Nobel Foundation something to squeal about. 'Cause you know, it just doesn't get any better than this. Unless I get to hear the liberal messiah wax philosophical about backward simpleton country folks who are so bitter they have nothing better to do than be fanatical about guns, religion, and chicken wings. Apparently, I picked the wrong week to quit taking my meds and the wrong era to be born into. Now I have the honor of watching the country go straight to hell in designer luggage. But we don't care, because we're getting there in style. This just keeps getting worse…Sorry to be such a whiny bitch, Ted. You can delete this comment if you want to. It's late; I really have gone off the deep end tonight, and I'm not really making sense anymore. I'll talk to you tomorrow when I've come to my senses.

  11. TedWest says:

Chad, it's not like any of this is a surprise. We saw it coming decades ago. I remember being stunned at the employment applications I got in the eighties. I used to have a simple test on the app, and it became a source of amusement over just how stupid the high schoolers of that decade were. Based on what i'm seeing now, they're a lot dumber, and yet they think they're better informed, and it's all because of liberals who both corrupted and co-opted their education. Now, look at this…

  12. snow-flower says:

hardly keep up with american politics cause too bz….but yes i did read abt him in the papers…ah talk abt hypocrisy – aren't most politicians like that???

  13. TedWest says:

I don't understand what point you're trying to make there – that all politicians sit in pews for twenty years and subject their wives and daughters to hate speech and lies and then compare it to their grandmothers when pressed to ask why they felt it was no big deal?
Or was it that, like Obama, everyone else pledges to run a dignified campaign, but then gets overly defensive and nasty when someone says something true like that fact that he was endorsed by Hamas, and so he resorts to the basest form of ageist bigotry?
Or maybe you think that everyone goes to San Francisco and psychoanalyzes and derides the great unwashed to their elitist money pals?
How about that their wives all receive special treatment, then get great paying jobs, but remain bitter and are only proud of their country when husbands have a chance to be President?
Yes, I would agree that one is universally true among Democrats.
Or is it that all politicians associate with slumlords and unrepentant terrorists and use them and their pastor to advance their own careers?
OK, that last one comes closest to the truth, except that everyone else's terrorists have repented.

  14. Scio, Scio says:

In so many ways, America seems to have a death wish, and Barack Obama epitomizes it… embodies it.I think Obama is the manifestation of a culture which has lost its will to assert itself.

  15. TedWest says:

I think I understand – it's that people would rather lose if it meant they could avoid confrontation on the assumption that the bad things will happen to someone else?

  16. Catalina says:

"The clip I saw also contained Mickey Obama. Do you get sick to your stomach just seeing her? She's the world's most bitter millionaire, so can you imagine what she'd be as a First… ?"
Miss Michelle is nothing but a BITTER HAG.

  17. TedWest says:

Bitterness never plays well, does it, but it's offensive when manifested by the privileged, and downright outrageous when it's displayed by those who have attained that privilege with government assistance.

  18. TedWest says:

Who are the 31 percent who still approve of Bush?

  19. All the precinct committeemen and true believers.
