In Memoriam – An Embittered Cindy Bites The Bullet

How fitting is it that on this Memorial Day we see America's most prominent wacko,  Cindy Sheehan, tail literally between her legs, log her final protest (Wishful thinking, I know)?

If only she went quietly into that goodnight… I might still respect her (ha ha)

"Good-bye America …you are not the country that I love and I finally realized no matter how much I sacrifice, I can’t make you be that country unless you want it. It’s up to you now," were Mz. Sheehan's final parting words

Yes, and goodnight Mrs. Calabash, wherever you are.

But now Ole Cind had a lot more to say before reaching that conclusion if you have the inclination and the stomach to read it.

And if you don't, at least sing along with Elvis and me, won't you…

Come on home Cindy Cindy, Come on home Cindy Cindy
Come on home Cindy Cindy, Come on home to me…

Now we have this announcement:

Attention TedWest shoppers: will the person with the license plate "Snowy" go to your brain - the lights are on, and nobody's home.

About tedwest

A longtime veteran of comedy and political forums, I decided that I needed a more restful venue because... well... I finally hate everybody. Except my wife that is... and my ex-wife.. and... no, that's about it. I lead about as simple a life as one can, preferring activities that include anything that doesn't involve going out and seeing YOU! And I particularly enjoy what I call "Get the Bitch" movies on Lifetime. You know the ones where the intended victim finally does something so incredibly stupid that she forfeits her right to live, and from that moment on you're rooting for the stalker. Of course, it rarely works out the way you want, but when it does, the feeling you get is... well, there's nothing else like it, other than, maybe, eating chocolate chip cookies. Oh, and I'm proudly anti-wildlife, both foreign and domestic, and anti-environment - especially foreign environments. I think Howard Stern put it best when he said, "If fifty percent of the population died tomorrow, I can live with that." And I feel the same about the other fifty percent, so together, we've pretty much got it all covered.

  1. Scio, Scio says:

Snowy? I know a Snowy. Prattled on…something about
conservatives only caring about money…I was unpleasant with Snowy.

  2. Its hard for me to believe Scio, Scio would be or could be unpleasant towards anyone. But, on to Cindy, the mother who defamed her son's memory by becoming a traitor at heart, if not punishable by law. I wonder if she ever managed to purchase a headstone for her son that she used for her sympathy?Strange, I never heard her really speak out for her son, tell the world what a wonderful young boy he was growing up and how kind he was and well-liked by his peers. It was always about her hating Bush, the Republicans and the war. She is a very poor example of motherhood.

  3. TedWest says:

The irony seems to be that both sides agree on that now.
She must be on a loop then, because I caught the same show.
